ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE VISCHER FERRY FIRE DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Town Law } 175 (1) of the State of New York that the Annual Fire District Election of the Vischer Ferry Fire District in the Town of Clifton Park will take place on December 10, 2024, between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the Vischer Ferry firehouse, Station #1, located at 360 Riverview Rd. Rexford, New York, for the purpose of electing one Fire Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing on January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2029. All voters registered with the Saratoga County Board of Elections and residing within the Vischer Ferry Fire District on or before November 20, 2024 shall be eligible to vote. Candidates for the office of Fire Commissioner shall have their names filed in petition form, signed by twenty-five (25) qualified voters of the district, with the Secretary of the Vischer Ferry Fire District, at the fire house at 750 Grooms Rd. Rexford, NY, no later than twenty (20) days before the election, November 20, 2024.
