NOTICE is hereby given by V= ischer Ferry Fire District, Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County, New York that

 

1.         = The fire district adopted on May 10, 2010 a resolution to expend from its Buildin= g and Land Reserve Fund the sum of up to $50,000.00 towards the cost of a new roof on = its Fire District Station 1, located at 360 Riverview Road, Town of Clifton Par= k, New York, the estimated cost of which is not more than $100,000.00, and tha= t

 

2.         = The aforementioned resolution was adopted subject to a permissive referendum in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 6-g.
